Press Play Gaming Lounge Party/Reservation Booking Contract
Understanding this policy, along with the selected non-refundable package cost is required to secure a booking with Press Play Gaming Lounge. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the full package cost is received and processed by our staff or online booking system.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Cancellations
In the event of an unfortunate situation, or any odd circumstance where a party must be cancelled, your party can be rescheduled within up to one year from the booking of the party/event. There are no refunds for cancelled, rescheduled or missed parties.
Venue Access
Parents will have access to the reserved area up to 15 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time unless they are preparing for a party, and the area has been cleaned and sanitized. All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 5 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time.
Cleanup
Parents are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated receptacles prior to vacating the reserved area. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Parents may bring decorations as they see fit, with the following restrictions:
Additional Guests
This birthday party contract’s final price is based on the number of guests listed on the party package. If this number exceeds the amount indicated on the first page of the contract, additional per-guest fees may apply.
Food & Drink
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in parties that have underage persons. Upon selection of a party that includes the bar or alcoholic beverages, all guests in that party above the age of 21 must responsibly keep those drinks out of underage persons reach. There will be no exceptions to this rule and policy.
Guests may not bring food (aside from cakes, cupcakes and ice cream). Any cakes, cupcakes or ice cream bought into the reserved area must be removed from the reserved area no later than 15 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time. Guests must also bring their own paperware and utensils to accommodate for any of the listed items (above)
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Press Play Gaming Lounge will issue a single warning for unruly conduct prior to asking guests to leave the premises.
Rooms & Extended Time\
Guests must abide by party in/out times as shown below:
ROOMS TIMES ARE TO BE RESERVED AS FOLLOWED: SILVER PACKAGE (2 HOURS, W/ 30 MINUTE VACATE) GOLD PACKAGE (2.5 HOURS W/ 30 MINUTE VACATE) PLATINUM PACKAGE (2.5 HOURS W/ 30 MINUTE VACATE) DIAMOND PACKAGE (3.5 HOURS W/ 30 MINUTE VACATE) ADDING EXTRA TIME IS ALL BASED-ON ROOM AVAILABILITY. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED 2.00 PER MINUTE ONCE GUESTS HAVE PASSED THE RESERVATION TIME, UNLESS EXTENDED TIME IS DISCUSSED WITH PRESS PLAY MGNT. |
Liability & Waivers
All guests participating in ALL Press Play Gaming Lounge attractions. There is no exception to this rule.

Damage to Property or Furniture
Should Press Play Gaming Lounge property be lost or damaged due to the activities of any of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse Press Play Gaming Lounge for replacement or repair of said property.
Party Inquiries
Please note that, we send out lots of emails providing time availability and the party time slots fill up quick. We can hold your reservation for 24 hours from the time we have confirmed the time and date, however, if your confirmed time is not booked within 24 hours, it could be potentially booked by someone else, in which we would notify you to make requested adjustments to your party time/party area. Once your party is paid for, your time/date is blocked out for you. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase confirming this.
