BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations
In the event of an unfortunate situation, or any odd circumstance where a party must be cancelled, your party can be rescheduled within up to one year from the time of booking for your party/event. There are no refunds for cancelled, rescheduled or missed parties.
Venue Access
Parents will have access to the reserved area up to 15 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time unless they are preparing for a party, and the area has been cleaned and sanitized. All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 5 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time or the guest is subject to a 200.00 inconvenience fee.
Cleanup
Parents are expected to place all trash and debris inside designated receptacles prior to vacating the reserved area. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Decorations
Parents may bring decorations as they see fit, with the following restrictions:
- No decorations may be nailed or taped to any surface but can be placed on walls with thumb tacks.
- No flames aside from candles on birthday cakes.
- No glitter or confetti.
Additional Guests
This birthday party contract’s final price is based on the number of guests listed on the party package. If this number exceeds the amount indicated on the first page of the contract, additional per-guest fees will apply.
Food & Drink
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed for underage persons(20 and under). All guests in that visit Press Play and are above the age of 21 must responsibly keep those drinks out of underage persons reach. There will be no exceptions to this rule and policy.
Guests may not bring food (aside from cakes, candy cupcakes and ice cream). Any cakes, cupcakes or ice cream bought into the reserved area must be removed from the reserved area no later than 15 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time. Guests must also bring their own paperware and utensils to accommodate for any of the listed items (above).
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Press Play Gaming Lounge will issue a single warning for unruly conduct prior to asking guests to leave the premises.
Rooms & Extended Time
Guests must abide by party in/out times as shown below:
ROOM ARE TO BE RESERVED AS FOLLOWED:
- – SILVER PACKAGE (2 HOURS, WITH 30 MINUTES TO WINDDOWN/VACATE)
- – GOLD PACKAGE (2.5 HOURS, WITH 30 MINUTES TO WINDDOWN/VACATE)
- – PLATINUM PACKAGE (2.5 HOURS, WITH 30 MINUTES TO WINDDOWN/VACATE)
- – DIAMOND PACKAGE (3 HOURS, WITH 30 MINUTES TO WINDDOWN/VACATE)
- – EMERALD PACKAGE (3 HOURS, WITH 30 MINUTES TO WINDDOWN/VACATE)
ADDING EXTRA TIME CAN BE DONE, BUT IS ALL BASED ON ROOM/TV POD AVAILABILITY.
Again, All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 5 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time or the guest is subject to a 200.00 inconvenience fee.
Liability & Waivers
All guests participating in ANY (or All) of Press Play Gaming Lounge’s physical activity attractions, are required to have a waiver on file. There is no exception to this rule. Guests who opt-out of the waiver will not be allowed to pay for or purchase play bands that involve physical activity attractions.
Damage to Property or Furniture
Should Press Play Gaming Lounge property be lost, stolen or damaged due to the activities of any of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse Press Play Gaming Lounge for replacement or repair of said property.
Party Inquiries for Private Events
Please note that, we send out lots of emails providing time availability and those party time slots fill up fairly quick. We can hold your reservation for 24 hours from the time we have confirmed the time and date, however, if your invoice is not paid within 24 hours, it could become available and then booked by another inquiry (customer), in which we would notify you to make requested adjustments to your party time/party area. Once your party is paid for, your time/date is blocked out for you. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase confirming this.
