- 2. Once the form is filled out, email us the form at (info@pressplaylounge.com) and please include any pamphlets, flyers, documents or brochures to assist us with the donation request.
- 3. Once the form is received, we will review the request and upon approval, send you an email (to the email address you’ve listed in the form) listing the approval, what donation is being provided and the date the donation can be picked up.
