Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all activities that pertain to the upkeep and cleanliness of the Press Play Facility both inside and outside
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding the facility
• Update and improve property as needed per the city and county law
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Interview, supervise and train a facility crew to support the daily upkeep of the facility

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility or building maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with city and county commercial building code and ordinances
• Ability to build rapport with management, employees and guests
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and on call 24-7
• Preferred Associates/Bachelors degree
• or 2 years of equivalent experience

We are seeking a Facility Staff person to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, bathrooms, furniture and carpet 
• Perform routine maintenance tasks as requested by Facility Manager
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
• Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
• Manage bartender employee scheduling

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience working as a bartender
• Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred
• Must be able to lift 20 pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills require
• Must be 21+
