An Arcade Game Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing arcade games and machines. They must troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide preventive maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

• They must also keep records of maintenance and repairs and ensure the safety of visitors in the arcade.
• This includes inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting any malfunctions, repairing or replacing damaged parts, and ensuring that the machines are in good working condition.
• The technician must also be able to reset game settings, monitor game operations, and keep records of maintenance activities. In addition, they must be able to provide customer service, explain game rules, and answer any questions customers may have.
